Up! PRIVACY POLICY

By accessing or using the Up! website or mobile application (the App), “data” is created. This Privacy Policy explains how this data is collected, used and disclosed by Up! (the Company).

Your use of the Up! website or App, means you expressly agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions of Use. If you are not prepared to accept the terms of these agreements, we ask you to please not to try to use our services, as such refusal means we will block your use privileges.

Periodically, we will update the terms of this Privacy Policy to reflect enhancements to our services or other developments. Updates are made in our sole discretion. We will clearly indicate the release date of an update, but it is your responsibility to review the current Privacy Policy for every time you make use of the website or App. Your use of the website or the App following an update released by the Company is an express indication of your acceptance of the Privacy Policy as updated.

While you may disable the use of cookies through your web browser settings, we do no change our practices in response to such a choice.

It is possible for reasons related to the integrity of the Service that we may collect information available from third parties in order to establish the bona fides of users of the Service. This could include, but is not limited to, information regarding bankruptcies or criminal convictions.

In addition, we may collect information relative to credit history or performance related to the Service from users/providers you deal with as a result of the Service (your “ratings”). This rating will be available to users of the Service.

  2. RATINGS? If you, as a service provider, take issue with a rating of your service by a user, you may contact Customer Support and lodge an investigation of the ratings. Any such challenge to a rating shall include the service providers rebuttal comments.

  1. Up! complies with the various privacy shields as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of information.
  2. We continuously act to protect any information we collect or receive about the users of our Service. We employ administrative, technical and physical controls to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. However, diligent we are in this respect cannot be an absolute guarantee, as use of the internet carries risks in this regard.

GOVERNING LAW

  1. This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
  2. Up! reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with this provision. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on the website and application with an indication of the date of last update prominently displayed. If you continue to use the Service following an update, you are deemed to have consented to the revised terms. If you do not agree to such revised terms, please do not continue to use the Service.
