HOW UP! WORKS
Switch between service provider and service requester roles by clicking the Menu button on the top left of the homescreen.

AS A REQUESTER
Users submit their machine maintenance and repair requests directly through the app.
Qualified service providers submit their estimates for service. Requesters can ask questions, check reviews and chat with service providers using chat tools.
Service requesters schedule a service provider by tapping “accept estimate.”
The service provider is ready to get to work! Request status will change from “Open” to “Active.”
AS A PROVIDER
From the homescreen, tap “open requests” and browse service opportunities.
Once you’ve found a request you’d like to submit an estimate for, select “create estimate.” Fill in details like your rate, availability, supporting documents or questions. Tap “submit.”
If your estimate is accepted, the request status will change to “active.”
Once you’ve completed the job, return to Active Requests and tap “Complete Service.”
To continue improving, growing and enhancing our network of service providers and service requesters, we charge users a one-time annual subscription fee.
